Are you a well organised and data driven Account Executive with a passion for wine? In this role, you’ll support the execution of commercial plans across a broad range of Chapel Down’s most important customers. This role offers the chance to drive brand performance and long-term customer success working with exposure to International business partners, Travel Retail, influential hospitality operators and the top 4 grocers. The is the perfect opportunity for an experienced account executive, with excellent data management skills, to work for the category leading English wine producer and make a real impact.

Our customer service executives are the first point of contact for customers seeking product/service advice by telephone or email. The primary goal of the role is to process all trade, consumer and internal orders, give first rate customer service to all and resolve queries and problems with competent understanding, efficiency and enthusiasm.
