Thank you for purchasing a Vine to Wine Package. Please fill in the form below with the details of the person you have purchased the gift for. This will enable us to personalise the Welcome Pack for them. We require their email address so that we can contact them about picking day and their personalised wine labels. (NB we will not contact them until after the gift date) The Welcome Pack will be sent to you the purchaser unless otherwise requested.
