Product Information:

Enjoy our award-winning Grand Reserve in a magnum format. Equivalent to two standard bottles, our Grand Reserve Magnum is made for life's most memorable celebrations and generous sharing occasions.

Crafted from the three classic sparkling wine grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and made from the finest fraction of juice, this outstanding vintage sparkling wine is aged in bottle for at least three years before release. Complex aromas of baked apple, fresh red berries and buttery pastry lead to a rich palate and long, generous finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or enjoyed throughout a celebratory meal, Grand Reserve Magnum is a sophisticated centrepiece for entertaining and an impressive gift for any sparkling wine lover.

  • Vineyard

To ensure consistent top quality fruit for this wine, we source from a collection of vineyards in Kent, Sussex and Essex. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils to best benefit the grape varietals grown.

  • Winemaking

The tradition sparkling method used by producers across the globe, starts with wine grapes (both white and red) fermented separately before being mixed together into a special cuvee blend. A small amount of yeast, sugar and wine is added to start the secondary fermentation. This fermentation traps carbon dioxide in the bottle. Bottles are then slowly rotated over time to settle the dead yeast in the neck of the bottle. Finally the dead yeast particles are removed, with the wine mixture topped up with the 'dosage'.
