From our exquisite Kit's Coty collection, our Blanc de Blancs 2019 vintage is a stunning, award-winning sparkling white wine. Sourced from our 100-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the Kent Downs, the wine is made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit and the resulting wine is partially aged in barrel before undergoing maturation in bottle for four years before release.
The 2019 vintage is from a cooler year, which is ideally suited for Traditional Method English sparkling wine. There’s ripe apple and buttery pastry on the nose. The palate balances intensity, weight and complexity on the one hand, with finesse, delicacy and purity on the other.

Kit’s Coty, Kent 100%
Kit's Coty is a 100 acre vineyard located on the Kent Downs. Its southerly aspect ensures the vines capture the sunlight all season long, while the warm, free draining chalk soils provide the perfect terroir for producing well balanced, intensely flavoured fruit that truly express their identify and the unique soil qualities.
Harvested by hand in September and October, this refined sparkling wine has under gone malolactic fermentation to add richness and hints of butter. and 29% of the blend is matured in barrel before being left to age on its lees for three and a half years before release, to help develop its toast like aromas. French Oak barrels, create a more complex palate of well integrated oak flavours balanced against refreshing tropical fruit.
