Additional Information

Tours are non-refundable but are transferable. To reschedule your booking, simply call us on 01580 766111 and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

As our tours are designed with an adult audience in mind, they may not be suitable for children. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please contact us in advance at retail@chapeldown.com or by calling us on 01580 766111.

If you are traveling by car, we offer free parking in our large on-site car park. For those using public transport, we are a 20-minute taxi ride from Headcorn train station and 35 minutes from Ashford International train station.

Please note that there is no Uber service in the area and no taxi rank at Headcorn station. We would highly recommend booking a taxi in advance of your visit.

We do not have a charging point at Chapel Down, but a Pod Point charger is available just 2 miles from the vineyard.
