Product Information:

Our award-winning Chapel Down Rosé Reserve 2021 is made from 96% Pinot Noir grape and matured on fine lees in tank for six months before a further 18 months ageing on lees in bottle before release. With aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrant and shortbread, this elegant rosé sparkling has a crisp, fresh palate and fine mousse.

Rosé Reserve 2021 is great as an aperitif or served with stone bass or seared scallops.

Rosé Reserve 2021 Awards

  • WINE GB AWARDS 2025

  • Vineyard

The majority of Chapel Down's vineyards are planted on the North Downs of Kent - the Garden of England's very own terroir with south facing chalk slopes and ideal warmer weather. However we also have other partner vineyards on clay, chalk and greensand across the Weald of Kent, a variety of terroirs which are suitable for the cultivation of exceptional quality fruit.

  • Winemaking

Chapel Down Rosé Reserve goes through cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by full malolactic conversion. Maturation then takes place on fine lees in tank for 6 months before bottling. The wine then has an average of 18 months further ageing on lees in bottle.
