Product Information:

To mark our partnership as the ‘Official English Sparkling Wine’ of Ascot Racecourse we are delighted to release our commemorative Royal Ascot Edition.

Only 2,000 bottles of this limited edition have been produced and there are now fewer than 300 bottles left. This marks the first time in the 300-year history of the prestigious British racecourse that an English wine brand has become an official supplier.

Let's raise a glass to that and enjoy a fresher way to celebrate Royal Ascot.

This sparkling wine is crafted to perfectly accompany food – such as grilled chicken and seafood.

  • Winemaking

The traditional method for sparkling wine productions begins with the first pressing of our grapes. The 'cuvée' juice is then fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fruit aromatics. A second fermentation takes place inside the bottle building carbon dioxide and additional flavour in the wine. After months of maturation on the 'lees', the yeast is disgorged and finally the wine is topped up with the dosage.

  • Vineyard

To ensure consistent top quality fruit for this wine, we source from a collection of vineyards in Kent, Sussex and Essex. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils to best benefit the grape varietals grown.

  • Tours
