A wine of hidden layers, this limited-production vintage sparkling wine is crafted exclusively from hand-picked Pinot Noir grown on the vineyard's distinctive chalk soils. Wild fermented in oak and aged for four years in bottle before release, it offers a new expression of the Kit's Coty vineyard and showcases the exceptional potential of English Pinot Noir.

Rich and complex, with aromas of strawberry and raspberry alongside subtle notes of vanilla and a rich creaminess on the finish. A distinctive expression of English winemaking, it balances intensity and elegance with remarkable depth and complexity.

With its richness, texture and refreshing finish, it pairs beautifully with salmon, trout and lightly smoked fish, complementing the natural oils and delicate flavours of the dish.

Kit’s Coty Blanc de Noirs 2021 is the first release of this style from our celebrated Kit’s Coty vineyard, exploring the potential of Pinot Noir grown on its distinctive chalk soils.

Kit's Coty is a 100 acre vineyard located on the Kent Downs. Its southerly aspect ensures the vines capture the sunlight all season long, while the warm, free draining chalk soils provide the perfect terroir for producing well balanced, intensely flavoured fruit that truly express their identify and the unique soil qualities.
The 2021 growing season provided ideal conditions for fully ripening the grapes, resulting in a wine that combines richness and depth with freshness and elegance.
