Product Information:
This exquisite sparkling wine is crafted with care, spending time partially maturing in barrels before aging on its lees for eight years. This extended maturation enriches its character, adding layers of complexity and a beautifully refined texture.

In 2015, an exceptionally warm October allowed the grapes to ripen to perfection, capturing outstanding quality and preserving a lively, natural acidity. The result is an elegant English sparkling wine with delightful notes of ripe apple and buttery shortbread, complemented by hints of toasted hazelnuts and a creamy texture, leading to a long, perfectly balanced finish.

A wine to elevate any occasion. Enjoy with shellfish and white fish.
  • Vineyard

    Kit’s Coty, Kent 100%

Kit's Coty is a 100 acre vineyard located on the Kent Downs. Its southerly aspect ensures the vines capture the sunlight all season long, while the warm, free draining chalk soils provide the perfect terroir for producing well balanced, intensely flavoured fruit that truly express their identify and the unique soil qualities.

  • Winemaking

Harvested by hand in September and October, this refined sparkling wine has under gone malolactic fermentation to add richness and hints of butter. 29% of the blend is matured in barrel before being left to age on its lees for three and a half years before release, to help develop its toast like aromas. French Oak barrels, create a more complex palate of well integrated oak flavours balanced against refreshing tropical fruit.
