Tenterden Bacchus is an ideal alternative to New World Sauvignon Blanc. A single estate Bacchus sourced from our home in Tenterden, Kent. This aromatic white wine has aromas of lime zest and elderflower. It's rich palate of juicy citrus fruits and a pure mineral finish displays the incredible versatility of the Bacchus grape.

To ensure consistent top quality fruit for this wine, we source from a collection of vineyards in Kent, Sussex and Essex. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils to best benefit the grape varietals grown.
Hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, to retain the aromatic purity of this wine. Blending and clarification took place after six months on the lees in the tank.
